Founded in 2007, WORK 4 A LIVING operates training centres dedicated to equipping unemployed individuals with essential skills and mindsets for success. We focus on empowerment through education, supporting our graduates as they transition into meaningful employment or entrepreneurship.

The course emphasized excellence and self-empowerment, teaching me effective job search strategies and CV drafting techniques. In January this year, I was shortlisted for an interview at Honchos and, utilizing the skills gained from WORK 4 A LIVING, I secured a permanent position.

We don't believe in handouts, we believe in true empowerment. To us, this means not only educating people with skills that are valuable, but equipping them with mindsets that empower them to own their circumstances, thrive in their daily work, and have hope for the future.

Every WORK 4 A LIVING Centre runs multiple different courses: Job Excellence training that builds workplace skills and the right mindset, WIRED 4 Business for those ready to start and grow their own business, Financial Masterclass to teaches how to build and protect wealth and E-Café skills courses like Merchandising, Computer Skills, Barista Training, AI and more.

On top of the training, we teach students how to search for and land a job. We also build long-term relationships with employers who come to us looking for excellent, work-ready staff, and when positions open up, we recommend our graduates directly for the role.
